We are a 30-bed assisted living community designed and operated to feel just like home.  Everything we do is done to encourage health and wellness, focus on continuous improvement in quality of life, and create a family atmosphere and sense of belonging for our residents. Over the years, our community has grown to serve hundreds of residents with love and dignity. 

We provide senior adults with complete assisted living services in an intimate, home-like setting.  In addition to providing a dignified and family-centric place to live, we pride ourselves on our service. Our seasoned caregivers are available 24-hours a day. 

Living at Family Choice is an experience “just like home” but with the same quality of care you would expect to find in a larger assisted living facility. Executive Director – Nestor Eligio

Nestor has worked in senior living for 28 years and served in several organizations including Summerville, Emeritus, Brookdale, Silverado, and Agemark.  He was most recently a Director at an Agemark assisted living and memory care community in Northern California.

Nestor has worked in both California and Arizona and has made serving seniors part of his life’s work.  He holds a degree in Health Care Administration and is a Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL) from Argentum, a national organization that supports the senior living industry in the U.S. With almost three decades of senior living experience, Nestor has a passion for senior care and today is a champion for the assisted living community.  His hope is to make a difference at Family Choice Senior Living by providing our residents and their families the best care possible.

Away from work, Nestor enjoys the outdoors, surfing, cooking, and riding motorcycles.  He has four children including six year old twins.

Danielle Campos – Resident Services Director

Danielle joins us from The Cottage at Artesia Gardens, a 55-bed assisted living community, where she served as the Activity Coordinator and Caregiver Supervisor with responsibility for overseeing multiple departments.  She is also a certified medical technician.  Danielle started her career in senior living eight years ago as a caregiver and has extensive experience working with seniors and their families.

Danielle will be leading our team of caregivers, overseeing our resident health & wellness activities, and working closely with our Executive Director.
